Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable.

For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted.

Return labels are not provided.

Only items purchased directly from our website can be returned or exchanged. We reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. 

We are not liable for lost or stolen items. 

We are only responsible for orders until they leave our fulfillment center. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping center and the customer to ensure the package arrives safely. If a package is marked as delivered but is stolen or unable to locate, we cannot refund the order amount. 

We are  not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. 

We are  shall not be liable for any delay caused by the act or default due to  high volume, or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery estimate provided by the carrier. If your shipment has encountered an issue, we recommend calling your local post office for the most up-to-date information.
